  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  5. If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
