8 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions
In a saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream over low heat until warm.
Add the chopped white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar and peppermint extract until soft peaks form.
