  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
