Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill, skin-side down.
