  • 1 pound mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 pound sponge cake, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the whipped cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the sponge cake cubes at the bottom.
  4. Add half of the vanilla pudding over the sponge cake layer.
  5. Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the pudding.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining sponge cake, pudding, and berries.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped cream and garnish with additional berries.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
