  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 container cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  5. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  6. Add the cream cheese frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  7. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  9. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  10. Add green food coloring to the melted chocolate until desired color is achieved.
  11. Dip each cake ball into the green chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
