  • 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onions are translucent.
