  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
