  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
  6. Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  7. Stuff each dough ball with the cheese mixture and place them in a greased bundt pan.
  8. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
