- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
